Kaizen Lab

"Kaizen" Focused Improvement Demonstration

"Kaizen" means "improvement." In a Kaizen Targeted Problem-Solving event, we will help your workers will improve a process of your choice. Through a guided application of "lean" manufacturing and continuous improvement principles, your workers will examine a specific work area and/or a particular process and generate realistic, achievable improvements that you can implement for definite results. Kaizen problem solving takes 2 to 5 days, depending on the scope of the problem you want to address. Targeted problem-solving is not recommended as a standalone event, but is best used in conjunction with a comprehensive lean transformation to train employees on continuous improvement problem solving.
