Lean Coaching is for senior managers who want to improve their effectiveness leading their organizations through lean transformations. Lean Coaching draws on IES staff experience as a plant manager for a Tier 1 Toyota supplier and being coached by a Toyota sensei to develop the supplier's production system. The unique coaching process involves working directly with senior plant managers and their staff two days per month for twelve months to deepen their understanding of key lean themes and how to lead the development of a lean system. The product works on the "pull" system of learning by doing, rather than the traditional sit-down seminar approach. You will be challenged and questioned but never told what to do. Your results will be unique to your organization.
