Lean Leader Series

Lean Leader Series is an "a la carte" and customized training series for front line lean leaders. Companies choose which training modules best fit their needs. These modules are typically taught in one-day sessions.

Spend the first half of the one-day session learning about the module subject from IES lean manufacturing experts. You will spend the afternoon with the IES presenter on your shop floor, either implementing the tool to solve a particular problem or developing the plan for implementation to tackle a more complex issue.

Additional Information:

Usually 4-8 weeks after the module is taught, IES comes back for a "show and tell" by the lean leaders. This "show and tell" highlights the projects the lean leaders have worked on during that time period, and allows for additional mentoring and instruction.
