Implement your quality management system from start to finish.
Register your company for the next NCSU-IES ISO Technical Assistance Program. Join other progressive area businesses that are ready to establish their quality management systems based on the internationally recognized standard of business process excellence.
The Technical Assistance Program aims to help companies with the entire quality management system implementation process. This program supports a company's quality management system registration goal of completion in approximately 9-12 months. The interactive full-day coaching sessions are typically held at convenient off-site locations statewide every 3-4 weeks during the first seven months of the program. The training is then completed at the participating company sites supporting each individual certification goal.
Additional features of this program include the opportunity to network with peer companies for additional implementation ideas during sessions and on-site support visits by an IES quality systems specialist. These on-site visits will further assist your implementation team with identifying compliance gaps, applying new quality systems activities, training employees and adhering to an implementation schedule.
Our comprehensive program includes the following: Eight full-day, local, off-site sessions on understanding quality management system development, including sample documentation and peer review of your progress. The company may send up to four representatives to each session. Two days of local, off-site training on techniques of internal quality auditing for up to four company representatives. Two days of on-site facilitation of your initial full system internal audits with your trained audit team to identify and document evidence of compliance and non-compliance for corrective action. Individual company support with application methods, organizational development and audit coaching until company certification. A formal review of your completed set of required documentation. Four on-site audit days performed by independent auditors prior to your initial certification audit. Lunch and break service for all classroom sessions.
