Safety Audit

Companies can stay one step ahead of potential non-compliance issues by scheduling a safety audit. As a non-regulatory agency, IES can perform an on-site audit to identify areas of non-compliance and then report the findings to you confidentially.

A client may request a facility-wide (full-service) health and/or safety audit or a specific (partial) health and/or safety audit limited to only one or more matters. Health audits concentrate on issues such as exposure to air contaminants, ventilation, noise measurements and controls, hazardous chemicals, ergonomics, respirators, bloodborne pathogens, and hazard communication. Safety surveys address such issues as walking/working surfaces, machine guarding, electrical hazards, fire protection, means of egress, mechanical equipment, protective equipment, power tools, housekeeping, and sanitation.
