Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence Coaching

IES can provide coaching services for companies who have little or no knowledge of the Malcolm Baldrige Performance Excellence Criteria and the North Carolina Awards for Excellence. In some cases, companies may have begun the process of using the Baldrige criteria and need guidance on next steps.

You will be assigned a coach based on your organization's performance excellence goal. An IES representative will meet with you to assess your needs and help you develop your coaching plan.

IES Baldrige Criteria coaching services are independent from the North Carolina Awards for Excellence program and your coach will not participate on any examiner team for NCAfE, Review Board or the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
