Our courses emphasize the practical knowledge and skills needed to manage projects, and upon completion of the certificate program, you will also be well-prepared for the Project Management Institute® certification exam.

Master Black Belt

The NC State University Master Black Belt (MBB) certification program is designed around a philosophy of providing the Black Belts in any organization with core knowledge to lead and manage Six Sigma projects, coach Six Sigma methods, and guide organization change through improvements in performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Lean Bronze Certification

Certify and document your lean skills and knowledge with this widely-recognized and transportable certification. The bronze level is for lean practitioners with tactical lean experience. Pursuers of this certification level have a solid understanding of lean principles and tools. They are able to tactically implement lean to drive improvements and show measurable results. Lean Bronze Certification is one of three levels of lean certification. You must complete the bronze-level requirements before you can progress to the other levels.
