Paul P. McCain, PE, ISA, is president of McCain Special Project Services, Inc., which offers a wide range of continuing education and consulting services to private industry. In addition to his consulting practice, for the past 15 years Mr. McCain has delivered over 100 adult continuing education events on a variety of programs related to engineering, safety, construction management and law, topics which he taught as a full-time university faculty member for more than a decade. Mr. McCain received his bachelor's in civil engineering at NC State University, a master's in construction engineering and management from Stanford University and a master's in business administration from UNC-Chapel Hill.
