This event includes a fully simulated Phase I audit to help participants develop and refine their skills. The presentation describes elements of Phase I, II and III reports and unique ways to employ the information gained. The presentation is full of examples and photographs and includes suggestions for making the reports more useful.

David Wolfe, P.E., is an environmental engineer and senior project manager for the city of Charlotte, North Carolina. He comes from a consulting background and utilizes this expertise to oversee outside environmental consulting firms on behalf of the City. Mr. Wolfe holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Clemson University and practices a working knowledge of North Carolina environmental regulations in his profession.
