About This Event:

CIO Magazine says that only 29% of IT projects are completed on time and on budget. According to other sources, even that may be optimistic. IT projects are among the most complex of all project types. This class will go beyond the methods covered in Project Management: Tools, Principles, and Practices and the Project Management Institute's PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) to address critical project management practices for improving the success of IT projects.
