This course is an introduction to the international business management system standard: ISO 9001 (quality) and key requirements of related management systems, ISO/TS 16949 (automotive quality), ISO 13485 (medical devices), and AS 9100 (aerospace). You will hear an overview of the nature of each standard, learn why each is important to the future of global business, and discover the fundamental requirements for implementation of each standard.
