A brief registration is required before you may access the Course. Upon submission of your Registration form, you will receive an e-mail that contains the link to the Course website.

Register in one of these two ways:
As a Certificate Track student, if you would like to earn a certificate of completion at the end of the Course (more information provided below)
As a non-certificate student (no certificate of completion received)

Certificate of Completion

Benefits of the Certificate Track:
  1. Notification about Course updates
  2. Contact with safety and health professionals at NC State University. Send e-mail messages to IES professionals at "ies_services@ncsu.edu" and use "SHMS Training Course" as the subject line.
  3. Reception of self-printed certificate from NCSU showing successful completion of the Course
Requirements:
  1. Complete the Certificate Track Registration form
  2. Complete "How Much Do You Already Know?" (a pretest with 10 questions)
  3. Complete the Final Test and Course Evaluation after finishing the lessons. You will have two attempts to pass the Final Test with a score of higher than 70%.
