The Manager of Environment, Safety, and Health Certificate Series does not certify that an individual is qualified to practice in a particular area. The series sponsors recognize that is the responsibility of professional organizations formed to set and maintain such standards. These professional organizations usually require individuals to meet specific academic and experience requirements and to achieve a passing mark on written and oral examinations. The Certificate Series is designed to serve individuals needing to maintain existing credentials or individuals who find themselves responsible for environmental, safety or health management but who may not have the degrees or extensive experience in that area.
