About this Course:
This is a Lean Manufacturing basics overview designed specifically for manufacturers.  This course will introduce participants to the lean philosophy and the application of basic lean tools. There are 2 rounds of a hands-on manufacturing process simulation. The first round will feature a current-state manufacturing process. The second round near the end of the workshop will allow participants to suggest and implement changes based on the continuous improvement concepts and tools learned during the session.

Recommended For:
All levels of production managers, engineers, line supervisors, work team members, and production workers.
