Excellence in Tennessee Conference and Awards Banquet
February 20 - February 21
In TNCPE’s 25th year, our focus is the future! Learn what you can do now to guarantee results tomorrow. We’re assembling more than 30 leaders who have shaped their organizations into world-class performers. Sessions range from hands-on workshops to best practice demonstrations — all from quality experts who represent a variety of business sectors. Expand your network, focus your strategy, and set up your organization for future success!
The conference and banquet will take place at the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs. Held in conjunction with the Excellence in Tennessee Conference, the banquet and awards celebration honors regional organizations and individuals who have made significant achievements in the pursuit of performance excellence. This year’s conference theme is Focus on the Future: Vision. Strategy. Execution. We are assembling more than 30 leaders to share their Baldrige-based role model practices, including keynote presentations by:
Lee Butler, Director of Performance Excellence for Don Chalmers Ford (a Baldrige winner from New Mexico)
Sean Henry, President and CEO of the Nashville Predators (named the best-managed sports franchise in the U.S. by ESPN Magazine)
Patty Skriba, VP of Business Excellence for Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital (a Baldrige winner from Illinois)
TNCPE is also offering three full-day pre-conference workshops on Feb. 20:
Sonja Wulff, formerly of Poudre Valley Health System, will present an Advanced Application Writing Workshop
Pal’s Business Excellence Institute will deliver their “Achieving Extraordinary Results” 2-day workshop in a 1-day format
Professor Cheryl Hild will deliver a LEAN workshop covering the business case for LEAN and how to do value stream mapping
