Kevin Grayson, Director of Business Growth and Innovation Services at NC State’s Industry Expansion Solutions, will present a session titled, “Innovation Engineering: A Battle Tested System for Innovating” at the NC Defense & Economic Development Trade Show on August 1, 2016.
His session is designed to introduce participants to a proven process to create great innovations for both new products and process improvements. Having an innovation strategy is essential to the survival and prosperity for every type of organization. It allows companies to restart the business life-cycle and is one of the most effective methods for improving profitability. However, research has shown that less than 10 percent of U.S. companies have a formal innovation process.
