Michael Mullins Receives Outstanding Extension Award
IES’s Michael Mullins was recently awarded an Outstanding Extension Award by the NC State Office of Outreach & Engagement. As a regional manager and director of the North Carolina Defense Industry Diversification Initiative, Michael has been recognized for his outreach and engagement accomplishments.
We travel to Asheville, North Carolina and talk to inventor and founder of Equilibar, Jeff Jennings. We discuss the founding of Equilibar, how the internet assisted the expansion of their customer base, Jeff’s invention of patented pressure control products, how Jeff helped found the DuPont State Forest and more.
