IES Will Help Department of Defense Localize Its Supply Chain

Defense-related companies impacted by government sequestration will get help expanding into new markets, thanks to a $2 million grant from the Department of Defense. The grant will fund a supply chain study to see where locally manufactured goods might replace imported ones. Industry Expansion Solutions and the North Carolina Department of Military and Veterans Affairs will work together to complete the study.
