Prepare Your Company for OSHA’s ETS on COVID-19 Vaccination & Testing

While the standard faces court challenges, employers with 100 or more workers should not assume it will just go away. Take steps now to be prepared. Here’s a Fact Sheet highlighting key elements of the standard. OSHA has also posted responses to a long list of FAQs and provides sample templates for the development of a required written policy.

Workplace suicides continued to rise in 2019. OSHA maintains a mental health resources webpage focused on dealing with work-related stress.
