Bio
James administers the daily operations and performance requirements for the Southeastern OSHA Training Institute (SEOTIEC) education center. He works with current OSHA outreach trainers authorized through the Southeastern OTI Education Center to ensure they understand and comply with OSHA’s Outreach Training program requirements and procedures. He also assists trainers with reporting and processing OSHA 10-hr and 30-hr student and trainer cards. In addition, he supports activities and logistics within the professional learning unit. James is a Certified Program Planner (CPP) and has 20 years of continuing education, conference and event planning experience in higher education settings. He has an A.A. from Louisburg College and a B.A. in psychology from East Carolina University.
