Jeff Woolard serves as a regional manager for NC State Industry Expansion Solutions in the Charlotte region that includes Alexander, Anson, Cabarrus, Catawba, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Stanly and Union counties. Jeff has a diverse private industry background where he worked directly with manufacturers, healthcare providers, local governments and companies Singer Valve, Intermac, and Unisource. Jeff's success is due to his ability to listen to his client's needs from the perspective of a consultative problem solver, allowing him to recommend the appropriate solution to the toughest obstacles.
