Miranda Volborth works with the marketing team to tell the story of IES—its history, growing capabilities and broad solutions portfolio, as well as the positive impact of its work on the economy of North Carolina. Miranda earned an M.A. from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill’s School of Media and Journalism, where she was a Park Fellow; her B.A. in Literature and Language was completed at the University of North Carolina – Asheville. She has experience developing and implementing public-facing communication strategies for educational, governmental, nonprofit and start-up clients.
