Scott Trevathan is an accounting technician in the business operations group of NC State’s Industry Expansion Solutions (IES). Scott’s primary responsibility is to ensure the timely payment of IES’ financial obligations. Scott’s duties include ensuring correct expense coding of purchase requests, timely payment of due invoices including small purchase vouchers, po invoice processing and p-card payments, reconciliation of the IES group’s purchase cards, and invoicing clients. He also monitors our capital assets records and evaluation chair on our RFP committee for Third Party Providers. Scott holds a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in managerial accounting from East Carolina University. Scott is also a licensed CPA.
