Teresa Bradford serves as the director of brand + content + integrated marketing for NC State’s Industry Expansion Solution (IES) and the North Carolina Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NCMEP).Last year, MEP Centers interacted with 25,445 manufacturers, leading to $9.3 billion in sales, $1.4 billion in cost savings, $3.5 billion in new client investments, and helped create and retain more than 86,602 jobs. Teresa leads a high performing marketing team to create, edit, produce and distribute innovative content and marketing campaigns in support of a broad portfolio of solutions and services. She oversees all content and marketing communications functions, including web content, product collaterals, videos, podcasts, conference and trade show planning, customer use cases, customer surveys, sales enablement tools, white papers, social media, SEO, SEM, customer retention and engagement, communications, public relations and thought leadership, lead generation and campaign development. She is a strategic marketing executive who has led marketing initiatives for major fortune 100 companies including DuPont and IBM. At DuPont, Teresa was responsible for the marketing strategy of five product lines within the Electronics Division of the company. Prior to joining DuPont, Teresa held multiple senior marketing roles at IBM for 10 years and holds a US Patent for a Risk and Compliance Framework. Prior to joining IBM, Teresa was president of Bradford Marketing Communications, an agency that served for profit businesses as well as regional, state and national non-profit associations, including the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE), the North Carolina Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (NCASLA) and American Institute of Architects, Triangle Section. Teresa holds a B.A. in journalism and a B.S. in English education from the Ohio State University.
