Tina is a leadership and organizational development extension specialist with NC State’s Industry Expansion Solutions (IES). Tina brings 20 years of experience within human resources, leadership and organizational development within the public and private sectors specializing in designing and facilitating custom leadership and organizational development programs and solutions. Prior to joining IES, Tina spent more than 13 years as an organizational development manager and senior HR consultant, partnering with leaders to facilitate large scale strategic planning and change initiatives in developing targeted strategies and solutions to enhance individual, team and organizational effectiveness. With extensive experience as an internal and external senior HR consultant, she brings the unique knowledge and expertise of establishing partnerships with executive leaders and managers for achieving transformative and sustainable cultural change within an organization. Tina has an M.S. in educational leadership from the University of San Diego and a B.S. in recreation and park administration with an emphasis in non-profit management from California State University, Sacramento.
