IES work was cited in a recent article about Roots Hummus’ revamp of it’s operations in Western North Carolina. Roots Hummus, an Asheville-based food manufacturer, has seen an increase in demand and looked to IES for help with expanding their operations. The Citizen-Times featured a profile of Roots Hummus this week, detailing their operations and how they hope to double production within the first year of moving into a new, cutting-edge production space.
