Lean Office

Lean Office is similar to L100 for manufacturers. The simulation is different and the focus is less on basic lean tools and more on Value Stream Mapping.  The simulation is based on paperwork in the office environment for a Request for Quote process. The class spends time drawing the current state VSM for the simulation, works through ideas for improvement, implements improvement (as guided through the actual case study), and evaluates the future state.
