The North Carolina Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NCMEP) administers the annual Leadership in Manufacturing Awards program to honor those North Carolina organizations who exhibit excellence in manufacturing in the following categories:
- Developing Markets/Economic Development
- Continuous Improvement
- Innovation
- Advanced Talent Management/Workforce Development
- Sustainable Manufacturing
- Community Outreach
- Excellence in Manufacturing
Please nominate outstanding North Carolina manufacturers! The awards committee is accepting nominations, beginning January 16, 2024. Manufacturers are encouraged to self nominate.
The 2024 NCMEP Leadership in Manufacturing Awards will be presented to manufacturing facilities in North Carolina with 500 or fewer employees demonstrating excellence in several categories during the 2024 North Carolina Manufacturing Conference, MFGCON, May 13-14, 2024 at the Durham Convention Center in Durham, North Carolina.
Organizations may submit applications in as many categories as desired, but can only win in one category. If you’re a past category winner, you’re not eligible to win the same category again for five years.
