About this Course:
This is a lean basics course designed specifically for manufacturers.  This course will introduce participants to the lean philosophy and the application of basic lean tools. There are 4 rounds of a hands-on manufacturing process simulation.

The objective of the course is to introduce lean concepts and tools then have the participants demonstrate the tools during each round of the simulation.

Recommended For:
All levels of production managers, engineers, line supervisors, work team members, and production workers.
